Being the naturalist that I am, I had long sworn off soy because documented research informed me that more than 70% of all American soy beans were genetically modified and the fact that no food manufacturer is required to label products using GMO soy. This means that I gamble each time I purchase soy or soy based products.
Nature's plants and seed has always amazed us (we remember George Washington Carver). Can you say soy glue.Researchers have figured out a way to manufacture an adhesive (a glue) from soy. So instead of using it in foods, we can use it to assemble furniture!
