If we take the whole person approach to wellness we will be clear that we must put good food in our body as well as our brain. We put feed our skin with nutrients and our spirit with readings, words and people that keep us in the most positive spaces.
Next posting I'll get back to what I know best, which is groceries, LoL - but for today I recommend a little feeding of the spirit. Once you start reading Peace from Broken Pieces, you will not want to put it down!
