Breakfast on the Run

Berry Banana Smoothie

1. Blend A handful of fresh kale, a handful of red stripe swiss chard, 1 tablespoon ground flax seed and 2 cups water together.                                                            2. Add 2 bananas and 1 cup fresh blueberries and blend.

Blueberries are full of antioxidants, bananas give you vitamin C, kale and swiss chard provides calcium & potassium.

You have got the power to be fit! Don't forget to drink water:~)
