Summertime Power Foods

Summertime provides a rainbow of foods to choose from that will protect your skin, help you avoid dehydration and support your efforts to trim down and muscle up. Take melons for instance – Cantaloupes are sweet with nutrition goodness. Cantaloupe’s high beta-carotene content promotes healthy skin.
