Drinking water is the most important thing that you can do to help maintain your health. Unfortunately many of us underestimated it's importance. Water makes up approximately 70% of our body and is required for our cells to absorb nutrition and release waste.
Simply put - Without water, we die! You would be lucky to last seven days without water.
